Sad News:A Toughest Key player Receive Injure Due To…..

Taiwo Awoniyi is a player who Nottingham Forest is hoping to have available when they play Aston Villa on Saturday.

Nottingham Forest handed huge Taiwo Awoniyi injury boost ahead of Brentford clash - Nottinghamshire Live

Last Saturday, the Forest striker defeated West Ham United to record his sixth goal of the year. Awoniyi scored his second goal after going back into action four games prior following surgery for his groin.

Due to Chris Wood’s injury, Nuno Espirito Santo, the manager of Forest, has acknowledged that Awoniyi’s recovery has been somewhat expedited, leaving the Reds lacking in offensive alternatives. When Awoniyi was replaced in the 67th minute against the Hammers after seemingly taking a hit, there were questions raised.

Once he was substituted against West Ham, Awoniyi was questioned about his fitness. The striker maintained that the operation had improved him and that the alteration was only a part of a strategy to control his playing time.

“I’m doing OK. He told BBC Radio Nottingham, “Like the gaffer said, clearly I need to play because Woody, who has been playing wonderfully for the club, suffered a bit of a bump as well. “We just need to manage the situation and see how it goes. I just have to play, which is a bit soon.”

“No, I’m alright. Because of our circumstances, it is just part of the plan to enter the game gradually and progressively. It’s not like I have an injury or anything; I’m alright,” Awoniyi continued.

But Nuno gave the striker a somewhat different explanation. The Forest manager said in his news conference after the game that the team will be closely monitoring the attackers’ fitness.

“We must evaluate him right immediately. See how he’s doing,” he remarked. We are all aware of his difficulties because he hasn’t had any competition in a while. We press him, giving him more time than he ought to have. He’s putting in a lot of effort at work. Hopefully it’s nothing major.
In Gameweek 26, will Awoniyi be ready to take on Aston Villa?

Despite the Nigerian international taking a hit last week, Fantasy Premier League is not concerned about Awoniyi’s availability. In the match against the Hammers, Divock Origi was the man to replace Awoniyi off the bench. Forest will be hoping that Awoniyi is fit to take on Villa.

Villa would greatly benefit from Forest’s potential absence of Awoniyi as they want to find their best form again. After defeating Fulham last time out, Unai Emery’s team was able to go back into the top four, but they have now lost their previous three Villa Park encounters in all competitions.
