Ademola Lookman of the Super Eagles has been cleared to play for Atalanta against AC Milan in Serie A on Sunday, according to Atalanta coach Gian Pero, as reported by Soccernet.ng.

 

Lookman was among the Super Eagles’ top players during the recently finished 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire. In his seven games, the 26-year-old attacker recorded three goals and one assist.

Nevertheless, Lookman sustained an injury upon arriving to Atalanta, forcing him to miss the team’s most recent 3-0 victory over Sassuolo.
