Just In:Bills head coach heated and Seat After Term and Signed $56.2 million for 2 players…

Ahead of the 2024 NFL season, the Buffalo Bills are making adjustments to their offense. The Bills general manager, Brandon Beane, is experimenting with free agency after cutting loose six veterans and renegotiating a number of contracts.

On Wednesday, March 13, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler declared that former Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Mack Hollins will be joining the Bills. Fowler claims that Hollins consented to a $3 million, one-year deal.

Hollins only had 18 catches for 259 yards in the previous campaign. Nonetheless, he had a career-high 57 receptions for 690 yards and 4 touchdowns with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2022. In addition, the 6-foot-4, 221-pound player is a vital special teams member and blocker. The Athletic was informed by Falcons wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge that Hollins is “like a barbarian type of guy.”

It’s unclear if Trent Sherfield, the wide receiver, will stay with the Bills when Hollins leaves for Buffalo. After agreeing to a one-year, $1.7 million contract over the summer, Sherfield is now a free agent.

On X, a viewer inquired as to whether Hollins was Sherfield’s replacement. Sal Capaccio of WGR 550 said, “This is just how I’ve thought about Hollins. Though it doesn’t imply they can’t or won’t bring Sherfield back, it seems like the job for that replacement is appropriate.

Among the most bizarre TDs you’ll ever come upon. Sherfield catches the fly off its tip with a pop. McDaniel found it hard to believe.

Even if he re-signs, Sherfield—who has already bought a house in Buffalo—will have to merit a position on the roster. “Sherfield didn’t live up to a strong spring and preseason during the regular season, but he played all three positions, participated in special teams, and quickly established himself in the locker room,” Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic said.

“He also developed a strong bond with starting wide receiver Stefon Diggs, so the wide receivers group may benefit greatly from Sherfield’s return, even if it is only for the spring and summer and an attempt to get him back on the practice squad. Ideally, he would be the team’s fifth, sixth, or seventh receiver if he makes it.

Sherfield has 11 catches for 86 yards and one score in the previous campaign.

According to reports, the wide receiver Mack Hollins and the #Bills have reached an agreement.

Josh Allen and the passing game are going to get more assistance soon.

Hollins’ career has been turbulent since he was first selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. In his debut year, he caught 16 passes for 226 yards and a touchdown; however, an injury kept him out of action for the entire 2018 campaign.

Late in the 2019 season, the North Carolina graduate inked a contract with the Miami Dolphins after being cut by the Eagles. He caught a total of 30 catches for 399 yards and 5 touchdowns in his two years in Miami. He signed with the Falcons following his season-long stay with the Raiders.
