Ex-Lions cornerback charged with misdemeanor and released from jail.
Cam Sutton was sought by Florida police for the past couple of weeks for his involvement in an alleged domestic battery by strangulation incident said to have happened in early March. But one day after finally turning himself in, the former Detroit Lions cornerback was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and released from jail on his own recognizance.
Sutton’s initial warrant was a third-degree felony charge.
