I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented players and staff in the football world, and together we have achieved great success. From winning titles to competing in Europe, we have made memories that will last a lifetime.
However, despite the joy that this job has brought me, it has also come with its challenges. The demands of being a football manager are immense, and they often require sacrifices that extend beyond the pitch. As much as I have loved every moment of leading this team, I have come to realize that I need to prioritize my family.
My family has been my rock throughout my career, supporting me through the highs and lows of football management. They have stood by me through late nights and long trips away from home, but I can no longer ignore the toll that this lifestyle has taken on them. They deserve more of my time and attention, and I owe it to them to step back and focus on what truly matters.
I want to thank the board, the players, the staff, and, most importantly, the fans for their unwavering support during my time at Rangers. You have made my tenure here unforgettable, and I will always cherish the memories we have created together. It has been an honor to represent this club, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have served as your manager.
As I take this next step in my journey, I do so with a heavy heart but also with a sense of optimism for the future. I have no doubt that Rangers FC will continue to thrive under new leadership, and I will be cheering on the team from the sidelines as a proud supporter.
