As Oklahoma prepares for its move from the Big 12 to the SEC, the keys to the Sooners’ high-powered offense have been handed over to Jackson Arnold, the former five-star prospect who spent last season backing up starter Dillon Gabriel. Oklahoma soft-launched the Arnold era in the Alamo Bowl, when he made his first start and showed promise despite accounting for four of the team’s six turnovers in that Alamo Bowl loss to Arizona.
