Ipswich Update: Ipswich Manager McKenna Overseeing Departure of Ten Players and…

Ipswich manager McKenna supervises the departure of ten players.

The Tractor Boys, led by manager Kieran McKenna, secured second place in the Championship. However, they are facing the departure of several key players from that successful squad as their contracts are not being renewed.

Omari Hutchinson (from Chelsea), Kieffer Moore (from Bournemouth), Jeremy Sarmiento (from Brighton), Lewis Travis (from Blackburn), and Brandon Williams (from Manchester United) were all part of the team on loan for the season.

Kayden Jackson, aged 30, and Dominic Ball, aged 28, have been released at the end of their contracts.

Reflecting on their departures, McKenna commented, “Kayden and Dominic have both played significant roles in a team that has achieved considerable success over the past two seasons. They have made valuable contributions on the field and have also been instrumental in shaping the club’s culture and standards off the pitch, which have been pivotal to our progress. Their impact should not be underestimated. I am confident that both Kayden and Dominic will be assets to whichever clubs they choose for the next phase of their careers, and they will always be welcomed back at Portman Road and Playford Road.”
