s taken another unexpected turn after David Ornstein provided fresh insight into the winger’s situation, with a possible move to West Ham now appearing to have stalled.
Although the 27-year-old was informed earlier this summer that he does not feature in Roberto De Zerbi’s plans for the upcoming campaign, Solomon has remained heavily involved in Tottenham’s pre-season preparations.
The Israeli winger travelled with Spurs on their tour of Australia and New Zealand and has played the second-highest number of minutes among Tottenham players this summer, behind only Archie Gray.
Solomon joined Tottenham on a free transfer in 2023, but injuries and two loan spells have limited his impact in North London. The winger has made only six senior appearances for the club since arriving.

Reports in recent days suggested West Ham had identified Manor Solomon as their main target to replace Crysencio Summerville, who left the club for Saudi Arabia following the Hammers’ relegation from the Premier League.
A deal between Tottenham and West Ham was previously reported to be close, but talks have now slowed after the two clubs failed to find common ground.
David Ornstein has confirmed that discussions between West Ham and Tottenham are currently on hold, although the issue is understood to be financial rather than related to any concerns over the player.
West Ham were willing to pay around £5m for Solomon, but the clubs could not agree on the structure of additional bonuses Tottenham wanted, which were linked to West Ham securing promotion back to the Premier League.
Fiorentina remain interested in Manor Solomon
While talks with West Ham have stalled, Fiorentina remain keen on signing Solomon permanently after his loan spell in Italy.
However, the Serie A club’s current financial offer is still below Tottenham’s valuation of the winger.
Fiorentina previously had a €10m (£8.7m) purchase option included in Solomon’s loan deal but decided against activating it. Reports suggested the Italian side considered the fee too expensive, while concerns over his injury history also played a role.
Hull City have also joined the race for the Tottenham winger as the transfer window enters its final weeks.
Tottenham are believed to value Solomon at around £20m, leaving Spurs with a decision to make as Fiorentina, Hull City, West Ham or another interested club attempt to reach an agreement before the window closes.
