BLUNT 9-WORD

The tension surrounding the next Rangers-Celtic showdown has erupted after the Celtic manager reportedly fired back at comments made by his Rangers counterpart ahead of the highly anticipated draw.

In a blunt response that has already set social media alight, the Celtic boss appeared to dismiss the confidence coming from the Rangers camp, insisting that talk means very little when the two sides finally meet on the pitch.

The Rangers manager had previously made comments suggesting his side were ready for the challenge and confident of getting the result they wanted.

But Celtic’s manager was having none of it.

The response has added another layer of drama to an already heated Old Firm fixture, with supporters from both sides now debating who has the upper hand before a ball has even been kicked.

Celtic are expected to approach the encounter with confidence, while Rangers will be determined to prove their manager’s words were justified.

With emotions already running high, the latest exchange has ensured that the upcoming meeting will be about much more than the result.

The message from the Celtic camp is clear:

the talking is over — now they want to settle it on the pitch.

And judging by the reaction from supporters, this Old Firm clash could be one of the most explosive yet.
