Entering the offseason, some NFL teams are just one piece away from a Super Bowl run while others need a full rebuild. Either way, all 32 teams have weaknesses to address heading into the 2024 draft.
Las Vegas Raiders: Offensive Line.

It’s unclear if Aidan O’Connell is the answer at quarterback, but the Raiders need to shore up the offensive line in any case with the right side potentially leaving in free agency. Run blocking was also exposed as a weakness in 2023.
Los Angeles Chargers: Defensive Backs.
The Chargers still have quality players in the secondary led by Derwin James and Asante Samuel, but the area was a weakness overall. Opposing offenses threw on the Chargers at will, with the team’s 2022 free agency bet on J.C. Jackson coming back to bite them.
Los Angeles Rams: Edge Rushers.
The Rams got the most out of their roster in 2023, but some holes remain. LA desperately needs help at interior pass rusher to help support the dynamic duo of Aaron Donald and Kobie Turner on the interior.
