Done Deal: Philadelphia Phillies Unbelievable Head Coach Have Added New Position And Promoted…

The Philadelphia Phillies have announced fresh additions to their promotional program, including some thrilling news that fans are sure to adore, with the MLB regular season now less than a month away.

Fans won’t enjoy one change, though, as Dollar Dog Nights, a popular promotion that has been running for 27 years, are no longer offered. Alternatively, the Phillies have announced Hatfield Phillies Franks BOGO Nights, when fans can get two dogs for the price of one ($5) on Tuesday, April 2 against the Cincinnati Reds and Tuesday, April 16 against the Colorado Rockies.

The Phillies decided to change the hot dog promotion in response to hot dog throwing events and crowded concourses during the previous season, according to Matt Breen of The Philadelphia Inquirer. The adjustment “is based on the organization’s ongoing commitment to provide a positive experience for all fans in attendance,” according to a news statement from the team.

The Phillies take on the Atlanta Braves at Citizens Bank Park on March 28 to kick off the season. We previously reported on some fantastic giveaways that were planned, as well as our first overview of the whole promotional program. Fans who attend Opening Day will receive a Phillies Opening Day scarf, as is previously known, and those who come to the team’s second game of the season will receive a McDonald’s Opening Night Phillies T-Shirt.

Fans who attend the Sunday 1:35 p.m. ET game may now purchase a 2024 Schedule Magnet, provided by Valley Forge Tourism, as part of Opening Weekend activities.

The team also announced that on Thursday, August 15 at 6:40 p.m. ET, against the Washington Nationals, spectators 21 and older would get a Miller Lite Floppy Hat giveaway.

The club is offering Phanatic Lunch Bags to kids 14 years old and under as part of the GIANT Family Day on Sunday, September 15, when they take on the New York Mets. Before the game, there will be a block party and other events.

The Phillies have announced two giveaways with a London theme in advance of their 2024 London Series trip to England this July.

The first is a double-decker bus for kids 14 and under that SEI is offering on Saturday, June 1st, when the St. Louis Cardinals play. When Rhys Hoskins and the Milwaukee Brewers visit town on Wednesday, June 5, all fans will receive sunglasses from SEI.

The Phillies have also updated the schedule with a few extra promotional games.

On Monday, May 6, following the 4:05 p.m. ET game against the San Francisco Giants, fans 55 years of age and above are welcome to promenade the bases as part of the Independence Blue Cross Senior promenade the Bases Day celebration.
