West Ham Handed Major Manor Solomon Transfer Hint as Agent Drops Big Future Update
Tottenham Hotspur winger Manor Solomon has been strongly linked with a move away from North London this summer, and his agent has now provided a significant update amid growing interest from West Ham United.
Solomon has spent much of the last two seasons away from Spurs, enjoying loan spells with Leeds United, Villarreal and Fiorentina. Now back at Tottenham, the Israel international is facing fresh uncertainty over his long-term future, with West Ham among the clubs closely monitoring his situation.
Interest from the Hammers first emerged in Israel late last month, shortly after Solomon’s representatives suggested the player was keen to secure a permanent exit from Tottenham in search of regular first-team football.
Speaking to Israeli outlet Sport5, Solomon’s agent, Shlomi Ben Ezra, made it clear that consistent playing time remains the player’s top priority.
“Manor is not expected to be a regular starter at Tottenham, at least not right now. Any player in that situation would want to join a club where they can play every week. A footballer’s career is short, and after eight years in Europe, Manor wants to make a real impact.”
Ben Ezra also highlighted Solomon’s performances during his recent spell at Fiorentina, insisting the winger has proven his quality despite injury setbacks.
“He performed very well last season in Italy apart from a difficult period caused by injury. He simply needs the opportunity he deserves.”
Agent Praises West Ham Amid Transfer Speculation
In perhaps the strongest indication yet regarding Solomon’s future, Ben Ezra described West Ham as a “huge club” while discussing the growing transfer links.
“West Ham are a massive club. Players like Yossi Benayoun and Eyal Berkovic played there too. Manor is now 27, experienced, and highly regarded. A lot of teams are interested because he’s not only a talented player but also a great professional.”
Reports in Israel claim West Ham are currently leading the race for Solomon’s signature, although other clubs are also believed to be in the picture.
The agent further hinted that the winger’s next destination is likely to remain in England.
“Manor is attracting a lot of interest this summer. We’ll see what happens over the next few days, but I believe he will be playing in England next season. That’s the most likely outcome.”
When questioned about Tottenham’s asking price, Ben Ezra declined to reveal details, stating only that negotiations would determine the final outcome.
With West Ham pushing to strengthen their squad and Solomon eager for a prominent role, the coming weeks could prove decisive in determining whether the former Spurs loanee makes the switch across the capital.
