Rangers are in discussions with the player’s agents.
Rangers have opened talks over a player as they look to strengthen their attack ahead of the new season, it has been reported.
Rangers reached an agreement over the signing of Lawrence Shankland last week on a free transfer from Hearts. The move has been completed as their first major addition of the window.
Since the agreement was announced, the squad continues building under manager Danny Rohl.
Rangers have been linked with various attacking and midfield options. But they are already examining a move for a player that head coach **Danny Rohl** will know fits his tactical plans well.
Rangers open talks over transfer
According to reports, Rangers have made initial contact with Tottenham Hotspur over securing Mikey Moore (18/19-year-old highly-rated winger/attacker) for another loan spell (or ideally a longer-term arrangement).
The teenage sensation impressed during his previous loan at Ibrox and is one of Rangers’ top priorities. Rangers are actively working on the deal, with talks already underway between the clubs and the player open to returning. Danny Rohl has publicly backed the move.
There are a lot of clubs potentially interested, but Rangers are in direct conversations regarding Mikey Moore. They made contact in recent days and started the conversation about the eventual course of the deal — loan terms, duration, and contribution to the project.
Personal terms are not expected to be a major problem given Moore’s strong connection to the club and Rohl’s vision. Rangers are very interested. After Shankland, the next one could be Moore.

All that is left to do is finalise the agreement with Tottenham — with Rangers holding strong interest given their project under Danny Rohl and ambitions in the Scottish Premiership and Europe.
This potential addition would align with Danny Rohl’s vision for a dynamic, youthful, and attacking squad at Ibrox.
