The latest Coventry City transfer news as the Sky Blues look to bolster their squad ahead of the Premier League
Coventry City are interested in Manchester United youngster Radek Vitek.
That’s according to the Daily Mail who say the Sky Blues are one of several top flight clubs keen on the young goalkeeper, including Hull City and Ipswich Town who were also promoted from the Championship.
The 22-year-old joined United from SK Sigma Olomouc six years ago, and while he has played for their Under-18s and U-21s, he is yet to appear for the first team.

He has, though, spent time out on loan, notably last season where he played 41 games for Bristol City, including the loss at the CBS Arena and the 2-0 home defeat by the Sky Blues. In all he kept 12 clean sheets.
He is back with United now and it has been reported all summer the Czech does not want to be merely a back-up behind Senne Lammens, with United also linked with the likes of Sam Johnstone and Leeds’ Karl Darlow.
The report says United would be open to selling him permanently, or another loan if he agrees to extend a contract which has two years left to run.
