Germany fans belt out famous Tartan Army anthem as they take over World Cup city by showing love for Scotland🇩🇪🏴
GERMANY fans turned up in Toronto ready to cheer on their nation at the World Cup…
But not before paying tribute to Scotland‘s famous supporters, the Tartan Army.
Ever since the Euros in 2024, there’s been a strong bond between the footie fans of both countries.
The Tartan Army endeared themselves to the locals during Germany‘s hosting of the tournament with their happy-go-lucky and passionate form of fandom.
In particular, the German city of Cologne fell in love with the Scots during their stint following Steve Clarke‘s squad at the tournament.
The Tartan Army just had a similar if not even more profound effect on Boston in the US and have now headed for Miami looking to make a similar impression.
With all the goodwill surrounding them, the Germans haven’t forgotten the joy they brought to their streets two years ago.
So much so that hundreds of Germany fans were heard belting out the iconic No Scotland, No Party anthem on the streets of Toronto.
The Germans were based in the Canadian city ahead of their World Cup clash against Ivory Coast and video footage has emerged of them partying and cheering for Scotland after the win.
Thousands of supporters could be seen lining the streets and one group of them began the chant of No Scotland, No Party.
