Brentford have had an opening bid for El Hadji Malick Diouf rejected, with West Ham making it clear the defender is not available for transfer despite growing Premier League interest. The left-back registered five assists in 32 league appearances, earning recognition as one of the Hammers’ brightest performers.
His form has not gone unnoticed. Manchester United were previously linked with the youngster, while Brentford have now tested West Ham’s resolve. However, the report suggests any prospect of a transfer is now highly unlikely, with the East London club determined to keep hold of him.
Brentford’s Search for a Left-Back Continues
